Six Monkeys Studios is the premier developer of mobile games featuring flatulent dogs and profane word combinations played by tens of people every day. Headquartered in the great state of Texas, with additional offices in a spare bedroom and the corner of the living room, our mission is to bring joy to our players while getting them to pay us for stuff. To date, nearly ten eleven people have enjoyed Six Monkeys’ games and apps, with more on the way!

Six Monkeys Studios is a small, farm-to-phone technology company, focused on the kind of mobile apps that no one needed. The brainchild of an old guy (video game veteran Bill Hoefferle – seriously, he’s like 40) who has made video games for, like, ever. Six Monkeys Studios was created out of a deep love for development and gaming. A deep love. No, deeper… there. That deep. We make games that make us laugh and our hope is that they bring our players some joy, too.

Home to SXSW, Austin City Limits, 6th Street, art and film festivals, and almost as many man-buns as Seattle, Austin has tech companies and a crazy enough culture to keep hipsters, hippies, and hellions entertained. With a laidback lifestyle, it’s the kind of place where you can go hiking in a beautiful wildflower field in the morning, and then spend that night getting wasted while listening to a vaudeville-inspired, handlebar mustachioed, ukelele playing Pearl Jam cover band.
For amazing BBQ (go to Schmidt’s!), microbrews, a library to die for, and fantastic live music, Austin is where it’s at.
