SERVOMATION / ROUTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

\n

Are you a dependable, safety focused professional who enjoys being on the road and delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a  Route Sales Representative , where you'll play a key role in servicing customer locations, restocking vending machines and markets, ensuring product quality, and representing our company with professionalism.

\n Job Responsibilities\n

\n

What You'll Do

\n

As a Route Driver/Account Representative, you'll independently manage a daily route and ensure our customers receive excellent service. Key responsibilities include:

\n

Daily Route & Safety

\n

\n
• Safely operate a company vehicle, following all traffic laws and driving best practices.
\n
• Inspect the truck before and after each route and report any issues.
\n
• Maneuver in and out of receiving docks, service bays, tight corners, and high traffic areas.
\n

\n

Stocking & Merchandising

\n

\n
• Load and unload product between the warehouse and truck.
\n
• Restock vending machines and markets, ensuring they are clean, full, organized, and functioning properly.
\n
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and uphold quality and sanitation standards.
\n
• Maintain accurate inventory counts, reporting usage, waste, and returning unused stock.
\n

\n

Service & Maintenance

\n

\n
• Perform minor machine maintenance (clearing jams, updating pricing, etc.).
\n
• Clean machines as needed and balance coin tubes.
\n
• Resolve basic equipment issues and report any major repair needs.
\n

\n

Cash Handling & Accountability

\n

\n
• Collect and transport cash from machines and markets.
\n
• Make accurate entries in handheld devices and ensure pricing matches across systems.
\n

\n

Customer Experience

\n

\n
• Support customer needs promptly and professionally.
\n
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer ready presentation at all times.
\n
• Contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment.
\n

\n Qualifications\n

\n

\n

Required

\n

\n
• Valid driver's license
\n
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance
\n
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb, and perform repetitive movements throughout the day
\n
• Willingness to work in outdoor and warehouse environments, around machinery and noise
\n
• Comfortable using handheld electronic devices
\n
• Participation in our Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program, providing your own smartphone that meets company security standards
\n

\n

Preferred

\n

\n
• At least one year of experience as a route driver or similar role
\n

\n

\n \n

\n

Work Environment & Schedule

\n

\n
• Schedule may include occasional evenings or weekends
\n
• Position requires extensive travel throughout the workday
\n
• Work may be performed outdoors, in warehouses, and around machinery
\n
